Located at 2193 S 1200 W #101 Woods Cross, Utah we specialize in building strength, confidence, and precision through professional tumbling instruction. Led by Coach Jake with over 20 years of experience, our programs help athletes of all ages master everything from the fundamentals to advanced skills.

Our new facility features:

18'x60'  tumbling floor for power passes and progressions

20' running trampoline with a 10' runway for perfecting technique with extra bounce

7'x14' trampoline for skill development and aerial awareness

48' x 10' dance floor for learning and practicing dance tricks

Workout Station to build strength, flexibility, and body control

While athletes train, parents can run errands, work out in our fitness area or simply relax and watch.

Billing:

Tuition is billed automatically at the beginning of each month. If you join mid-month, your first payment will be prorated. Payments are processed through auto-pay, and you’ll need to sign up with either a credit card or bank account. Please note there is a 4% fee for credit cards and a 2% fee for bank transfers. As long as you have a credit card or bank account on file we can also take Venmo.

 

Class Descriptions and Cost

Homeschool Tumbling Ages 5-18 ($80/month)

This multi age tumbling class is designed to help students develop strength, coordination, and confidence as they learn new tumbling skills. On the first day, kids will be assessed to determine their current skill level, ensuring they’re grouped appropriately for maximum progress and safety. With two coaches leading the class, students can work at their own pace—whether they’re mastering basic rolls and cartwheels or progressing to handsprings and flips. The dual-coach setup allows for personalized instruction, giving every child the attention they need to build solid fundamentals and advance to more challenging skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Parkour Ages 5-18 ($80/month)

This beginner-friendly parkour class teaches kids how to move confidently and safely through obstacles using climbing, jumping, and balancing techniques. Students will build strength, coordination, and problem-solving skills while learning at their own pace. The class focuses on fun, creative movement in a supportive environment that encourages exploration and progress.

Tumbling Fundamentals Ages 5-18 ($80/month)

This tumbling fundamentals class focuses on teaching the core skills every athlete needs, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more. Students build strength, flexibility, and body control while developing proper technique to create a strong foundation for more advanced tumbling. The class emphasizes safety, confidence, and progression, making it ideal for beginners or those looking to refine their basics.

Advanced Tumbling/Tricks Ages 12-18 ($80/month)

This class is tailored for athletes already on cheer or dance teams who want to focus on mastering specific skills to enhance their performance. With guidance from an experienced coach, participants will set their own goals and work independently while receiving personalized feedback, drills, and corrections. The self-directed format allows students to target exactly what they need while still benefiting from expert instruction and a supportive training environment.

Meet Coach Jake
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Jake has dedicated his career to helping athletes of all ages and skill levels master the art of tumbling. He has worked with gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and dedicated tumblers, teaching everything from foundational skills to high-level passes.

Jake’s own athletic background is just as impressive — he performed as part of the Weber State Cheer Team and the Utah Jazz Stunt Team, giving him firsthand experience in elite performance and teamwork. His coaching style blends technical precision, motivation, and fun, creating an environment where athletes can build confidence while reaching their goals.
